Our delivery team works 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, from early morning until late at night. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and if you need delivery on a specific day, we will do our best to accomodate you. Once our designated delivery company is in your area, they will give you a call to let you know your delivery day and time.
What is White Glove Delivery?
- A white glove delivery team consists of one to two people that provide in-home delivery of most furniture. Unlike our competitors who leave furniture on your curb we bring your new furniture into your home.
- Once your order is ready at our delivery company, a representative will call you to let you know your delivery time. Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign and call us at (212) 518-2752 x 2 within 24 hours. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem. If a product has major damage, please refuse it as damaged at the time of delivery.
- The team will bring the item inside your residence to the first dry area of your home. If you would like unpacking or set up of the furniture please select Gold White Glove Delivery (30 minute setup) or Platinum White Glove Delivery (complete setup) at the checkout screen after inputting your address.
