I love the set. It did take a lot longer to arrive than expected, but it was worth it. The cargo company's personnel did an excellent job putting the set together. They did mention that the swivel chairs were a challenge. One of the chair is not stationary, and rocks, which is the only reason I've given this 4 stars. This has been reported to the furniture company I purchased it from. All and all the set is an accent to our condition that will last a lifetime! 5 5

Fell on hard times last summer and couldnt justify the cost of getting an ottoman, even if it was the perfect finishing touch and accent to my new living room. Well, a year went by and I just learned it was discontinued. :( Someone tell these design companies to stop discontinuing unique and lovely items. Both nightstands arrived damaged to the back. The drawer slides do not allow the drawers to open smoothly. 2 5
The bed could not be assembled correctly. The side rails have indentation where the slats should sit to support the platform boards. The indentations are not aligned to support the boards. One drawer on the storage of the bed doesn’t open smoothly and rubs the side of the drawer. The nightstand arrived with damage to the back. The dresser drawer slides do not allow the drawers to open smoothly for most of the drawers. Several drawers slides rub against the drawer side, created gouges in it. 5 5

I bought this product from dining room outlets at the beginning of the year. It came with several defects. Dining room outlets stated I needed to have one of their people inspect the table before it would be replaced. The person they sent said the table needed to be replaced. Dining room outlets then said the company didn't sell the table anymore. That's why they couldn't replace it. They are still selling it. So they apparently lied. 5 5

This is the cheapest quality table set i have ever seen. The set looks great but after 3 months my wife slid a chair in while sitting in it and the front leg broke off. After 6 months I rested back on the chair backing and it the back split half way down the leg. I'm 175lbs, no way this chair should have broken so easily. Also, the table top is chipping and the finish is wearing off in several areas. The manufacturer will not warranty the table top and just wants to keep sending us chair parts until the 1 year warranty is up. I tried getting my money back but they refuse. THIS SET IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, DO NOT BUY!! 1 5
We ordered a Catnapper dual power love seat from them over 2 years ago. Within the first 6 months, the arm one one of the footrests broke. We contacted the company and got the runaround for a year and a half with no resolution. We feel that they were putting us off so we would be outside of the initial one year warranty, then they told us after a year that we would have to contact the extended warranty company. They finally had a furniture repair technician come to our home and list all of the problems. By that time, one of the remotes was only working periodically, and we’re unable to adjust the headrest at all. The footrest was broken on the other chair and the cushion in the back was failing. We were also having trouble with on of the chair backs slipping out of position. We received a portion of the parts to repair the loveseat and a technician came to do the repairs. Not all of the repairs were listed on the work order, some were the wrong parts, so not all of the work was completed. A new work order was made, but when the technician arrived, the parts sent were the wrong parts and the remote issue still was not addressed. Now the company has told us that the remaining repairs that they agreed to perform are not covered under the warranty. I would NEVER buy from this company again. 5 5

This is a nice bed. But it comes with only THREE (thin, wafer-like) slats for mattress support -- not nearly enough. The first night, I was lying in bed; rose from lying down to sit, so that I could stand up (in the middle of the bed, over a slat) and the support slat split in two. I weigh 130 pounds.
The next day, I went to Lowe's and purchased six 2"x2" balusters, measured and cut them, drilled pilot holes for screws, purchased 12 wood screws, and NOW my twin mattress has the proper support it needs. It cost me only about $25, but it took half a day to get that all done.
When someone who is as relatively small as I am can crack a slat simply by sitting up, then the proper support system has not been supplied. Please alert the manufacturer to this issue right away. My issue was one of (minimal) expense and inconvenience: for another person, it could create a serious safety issue if the mattress collapses because of improper support. 5 5

From the start of this order, the delivery date kept changing. I would only receive updates when I would email with an inquiry. There was misinformation and outright lies from all customer success managers regarding order placement, payment clearance, delivery date of furniture, delivery date for table pads, paint touch up kit from manufacturer etc. There was not one part of this order that went smoothly or truthfully. I ordered the bed, dresser and nightstand for my daughter in MARCH 2022. It is currently JANUARY 2023 and I am STILL waiting for the dresser and nightstand. My first delivery did not come until august. If I knew it would take this long to get furniture I never would have ordered from this website. The company offered no apology or discount for me waiting almost a YEAR for furniture! I am beyond dissatisfied.
